Yoga and mindfulness in the nature
Description
Immerse yourself in a weekend of relaxation, inner growth and connection with nature. This yoga and mindfulness weekend offers you a wonderful opportunity to escape the stresses of everyday life, rediscover your inner balance and recharge your batteries. We will be supported by the healing power of nature and the five elements of earth, water, fire, air and space.
In the mornings, we will use the rooms and peaceful surroundings of the Propstei, while on Saturday afternoon we will go on a longer hike that invites you to linger and practise in the fresh air.
