Description
Life is constant change. The menopause makes this particularly noticeable. One phase of life comes to an end and a new one begins. Depending on the circumstances and symptoms, this change is not always easy. I don’t always have someone to talk to about my new experiences. At the same time, there is power in the change of the menopause. The physical and emotional changes offer the opportunity to rediscover and realign yourself.
In conversation and while walking in nature, we trace the change. We track down its very own power and ask what it means.
Exercises for the menopause from breathwork, QiGong and Jin Shin Jyutsu help me through this time of change. I get a sense of how I can connect with the changed power .
Working method
Exercises for the menopause from breathing work, QiGong and Jin Shin Jyutsu, sharing and a walk through nature together. A final ritual in nature strengthens you for the path ahead.
