In the course, you will receive impulses from Jin Shin Jyutsu, an ancient Japanese art for harmonizing body, soul and spirit.
Jin Shin Jyutsu works through your own self-healing powers. Only two hands are needed to apply it. In addition, there are simple movement meditations and times of stillness, space to draw strength and dive back into the flow of life.
The oasis days are self-contained. Each one focuses on a different area and selected treatment sequences.
Methods
Jin Shin Jyutsu (individually for yourself and together with others), self-massage, still and moving meditation from QiGong and breathwork, sharing.
