Mindful yoga over Easter.
Immerse yourself in an oasis of peace and relaxation over the Easter weekend. From meditative Good Friday to renewing Easter Sunday, this special yoga weekend offers the opportunity to leave everyday life behind for a while. A short journey of inner contemplation to recharge your batteries and start spring with renewed strength.

Course prerequisites
No previous knowledge of yoga is required to take part in this course. If you have any physical or other limitations, please contact the instructor in advance.

09:00 – 11:45 am Thematic impulse and yoga practice

14:00 – 16:00 pm Walk and practice in nature
17:00 pm Gentle Yin yoga practice
18:30 pm Dinner
19:45 pm Optional evening program

07:00 a.m. Morning yoga
from 08:00 a.m. Mindful breakfast in silence and clearing the room
09:30 a.m. Yoga practice*
11:30 a.m. Integration & closing

*Yoga practice = body, breathing, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation exercises
The days are process-oriented and weather-dependent – changes are possible.
Further information
Please bring the following with you:
– For indoors: Comfortable and stretchy clothing, preferably in layers. (Warm) socks.
– For outdoors: All-weather clothing and good shoes that can get dirty.
– The Propstei provides yoga mats. If you would like to bring your own yoga mat, you are of course welcome to do so.
– If available: Durable cloth (e.g. scarf) that can be pulled on (used for stretching exercises). Elastic Thera-Bands are not suitable)
